30 days no questions asked return policy If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, you can return it for a replacement or refund at no charge. Orders shipped outside Chile may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

We recommend locating the product in a place without direct sunlight and cleaning it with a dry cloth once a week. If possible, cover with Osmo wood finish wax in a transparent color every two years to perpetuate the resistance to dirt, prevent wear and tear and repel water.

We use natural water-based paints and varnishes, so we recommend the decorative use of our products. Submerging them for a long time in water could damage the paint and varnish.
