About the Inspiration

The design of this bench is inspired by the faces of the diverse cultures that have inhabited Chile, spanning from the southernmost to the northernmost regions of the country.

About the technique

This unique bench is crafted from reclaimed wood, among which the "Coihue", "Raulí Hualle", "Raulí" and "Mañío" stand out. This piece is crafted by the skilled artisan Cristián Oñate, showcasing the exceptional talent of Chilean artisans.

Materials & Specifications

This handcrafted bench, made from native wood and featuring electric saw cuts, is crafted from reclaimed "Coihue," "Raulí Hualle," "Raulí," or "Mañío" wood, native to the Villarrica region in La Araucanía, Chile. The bench measures 140 cm wide (55.12 inches), 41 cm high (16.14 inches), and 24 cm deep (9.45 inches), making it the perfect size for an open space or as an accent piece.

Each bench is unique and showcases the natural grain and beauty of Chilean native wood. Please note that wood color may vary depending on the wood used.

It is finished with a 100% natural wax polish (Hualle's recipe), which protects the wood and gives it a warm, lustrous shine.
